Issues discussed:
   Pull request 103 - Fix-up 6.04 #103 by Peter Somerlad.
       Peter cleaned up changes made in the Sep 6 meeting.
       Merged into main branch.

   Action Item #16 and   Pull Request 105, Clause 6.14 Dangling references to heap
   was updated, but still has issues. Pull request was merged into main branch.

   Action Item #39, 6.43 Overriding and Beaujolais issues was closed.
   The issue that exists is a design feature, not a vulnerability.
   Decided that AI #90 Namespace issues addresses the remaining issue.

   Action Item # 90, 6.21 Namespace Issues discussed and updated with comments.
