Discussions:

Since the meeting 28 Nov 2022, Steve raised issue #145 to replace the term "guidance" in clauses 6.x.2 with
"avoidance mechanisms" to recognize that measures taken to avoid vulnerabilities are project-specific and
are often driven by the sensitivity/security/safety profile of the product under development.
