In response to the inquiry raised in document SC 22 N 3396, ITTF replied:

"ISO is responsible for copyright issues and any issue should be brought to
our attention at any stage in the process."

SC 22 Working Group Convenors should send any inquiries to the SC 22
Secretariat and he will relay these to ITTF per the message above.  If an
issue is raised at an early stage in the process, please inform the SC 22
Secretariat as issues raised during the final stages can result in delays in
publication.
